Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our software platform. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and EstateFlow regarding your platform usage.
By creating an account, registering an agency, or using the EstateFlow platform (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
To access the database dashboard, you must set up an account: - You are responsible for safeguarding your login password and authorization credentials. - You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration. - Any breach of security or unauthorized dashboard access must be reported immediately. - Administrators are responsible for all actions taken by users to whom they delegate roles and permissions.
When adding properties or uploading information to EstateFlow: - You retain ownership rights of your listing assets and descriptive texts. - You represent that you have the necessary licenses or permissions to publish the properties. - You agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal property listings. - We reserve the right to audit and remove any listing content that violates local regulations or causes system disruptions.
Our granular role-based access control (RBAC) allows you to set team permissions: - You must not bypass, override, or exploit vulnerabilities in our permission layers. - You must not use the platform for high-frequency automated scraping or stress-testing our APIs without prior approval. - You must not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our layout frameworks or software code.
- **Service Availability:** We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. - **Limitation:** In no event shall EstateFlow be liable for any lost profits, database corruption, or indirect damages arising out of system usage. - **Termination:** We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, non-payment, or direct violation of these terms.
